We process orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Customization
For personalized or made-to-order items, please allow 3–5 additional business days for production.

Shipping Costs
- Domestic (India): ₹XX – ₹XX based on weight/cart value (or offer free shipping over a specified amount).
- International: Calculated at checkout, based on package dimensions, weight, and destination country.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or brokerage fees once your package reaches your destination country.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for details.
Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided via email/SMS as soon as your order ships.
- Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to:
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- P.O. boxes (some courier services may not deliver)
- If your location falls into restricted areas, please contact our support team for a special quote.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
- If a shipment is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but missing, please inform us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Provide photos of the packaging and/or damage if available.
- We’ll initiate an investigation and either reship the items or issue a refund.
Incorrect Address
- Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
- If an incorrect address is provided:

- If already shipped, any rerouting or redelivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.
